My animals not only inspire me, but they've also led me to & taught me the importance of FRESH FOOD, the CORRECT type of foods, the importance of exercise & tryin' our best to lead a life ''away'' from diseases. Not that we're aiming for longevity, but to be responsible for our own health. & for that, I love my animals & they'll always be my priority... without them, I'd never be what I am today - AWAKENED.

This post is about a Documentary called PROCESSED PEOPLE, which is applicable to not only humans, but ANIMALS as well... animals like our domesticated dogs & cats especially... We're all under One Catagory - EARTHLINGS (btw Earthlings is also a good documentary).

The typical people these days tend to forget the fact that our dogs/cats are under the ANIMALS catagory. Animals have no ability to cook their foods, nature has always intended for animals to consume RAW foods (raw meats, raw veg, raw everything).

Tigers certainly do not have porridge on days when their stomachs are feeling a lil' under the weather, neither do bears, wolves, birds, seals etc. So why the need to even COOK for our animals, not to mention feedin' them with Processed Foods like kibbles/canned foods available from petshops which can be stored for years without any form of refrigeration at all.

Would like to urge anyone readin' this now to take a moment & think logically for once, for your animals' health in the long-run. If you wouldn't eat processed food (eg instant noodles, fast food, pizzas etc) every meals, every single day, for 365 days a year, for 10 years straight down the road... THEN WHY DO THAT TO YOUR ANIMAL THAT YOU PROCLAIM TO LOVE SO MUCH (unless we've some very different definition of the word LOVE here).

Not only do our animals (please note that I always refrain from using the word "pets") & us require a raw natural (organic) diet, but let us not forget about EXERCISE. Every Earthlings here require daily exercise (& I don't mean a 15 minutes walk with your dog around your void deck), a good solid 1 to 2 hours of say maybe running, jogging, swimming, hiking, cycling, or even brisk-walking.

(Most) animals are BUILT to exercise, some requiring even MORE exercise both mentally & physically as compared to humans. Dogs & cats are carnivores, they're built physically & mentally to hunt for prey. We've to keep in mind that this fact will never ''evolve'' to them being a couch potato. Be fair to them & give them these 2 most important factors in their lives to enhance their well-being & most importantly - HEALTH.

We hope some of these excerpts from the documentary PROCESSED PEOPLE will at least help to ''wake'' some people up from what the media has portrayed to what is termed ''normal''...

We're very glad that we've escaped from this so called ''reality'' which are in fact nothing but lies in the name of Profit. And even though we're vegans, we will never make our animals one because they're simply not made herbivores like us (their carnivorous teeth, 3 feet short intestinal tract as compared to ours at 30 feet long & ability to tear raw meats, gnaw on raw bones & consume the entire prey w/o any wastage).

Would also like to emphasize that humans DO NOT need cow's milk (for calcium) as much as we do not need giraffe's milk, hippo's milk, tiger's milk, bear's milk, hyena's milk etc. Likewise for animals as well. After we're weaned off our mother's breast milk (& baby animals weaned off their mother's breast milk), there is NO MORE need for any form of milk from animals. A cow's milk is produced solely for her calves, likewise a mother's milk produced ONLY for her baby. You don't STEAL a mother's milk to feed another species & deprive her baby of it (I'm referrin' to both humans & animals in that sentence).

Please, wake up from reality, into REALITY.

The following videos (more of which are available online or even better, purchase the DVD) are for people whom care enough for their own health, whom love themselves enough to make the change not only for themselves, but for the suffering animals, for the environment, for the planet EARTH which we call our home, for 3/4 of the world that's dying of starvation, & lastly, for people whom love & care enough for their animals.

(I know 9 outta 10 ppl readin' this will not bother to watch the vids or care enough to make a difference... but still I trust there're some whom will choose to be awakened.)

We are vegans & seriously, have never felt better... (it's a difference case for animals, but bear in mind that our animals also consumed loads of organic veg/fruits & tonics besides their organic meats)

we exercise our animals & ourselves by running 5km to 7km (per day) everyday...

It goes for our animals as well... YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. YOU LOOK LIKE WHAT YOU EAT.

IT IS WRONG TO EAT ANIMALS. "The message is so well-financed that its rare that somebody has the correct informations, they don't stand a chance to be healthy..."

likewise for dogs, HEAL THEM with the correct form of diet. Please DO NOT wait till they're sick enough for you, as their guardian to take the correct action.

A simple humble diet is always the best compared to rich unhealthy gourmet meals

Don't make your body a graveyard for animals. Humans are designed to be herbivores. Please realize the impact of meats on our bodies, environment, global warming, starvation & factory-animals' sufferings

Our daily foods are reallly simple consisting of REAL foods like veg, grains, & fruits. I for one HATE the act of FEASTIN' esp during occassions. The fact is it is not much of an issue of longevity that I'm lookin' into... I'm lookin' into a life free (hopefully) of diseases & heaps of unnecessary medical bills & of cuz sadness.

One interesting question to ask yourself, how many times have you seen the media & adverts on factory-farmed animals like chickens, ducks, cows as cute lil' mascots on the streets luring you with fliers to EAT them, literally. Have you ever seen a walking-brocolli, a walking-lettuce, a walking-mushroom? Vegetables & grains mascots handin' our fliers on the streets?

This is also the kind of life I aim for my animals. Organ failures, skin problems, cancer (all forms) are NOT normal for animals! It is common & normal because we've moulded that fact ourselves simply by making them into Processed Animals! Please PLEASE do not wait for them to fall sick enough...

I've decided to share this because it's important that we see the connection between humans & animals. There isn't such a thing as dog-food, or cat-food... there's suppose to be only ONE type of food - NATURAL food produced from Mother Nature herself! What have dogs & cats been surviving on before the invention of kibbles (for nothing but profit!)?

It is when one is willing to return to the basics, start asking questions & THINK logically that one truly is awakened from a lifelong dream (which I call lies) from the media ever since we were babies... & for our animals... ever since the day they were whelped...

Lastly, I'd like to end off this post with this video of Gary Yourofsky. If you've an hour to spare, I guarantee you that you will never perceive your lifestyle the same way again with Yourofsky's most powerful speech.......

Organic Chia Seeds

Update: Mom has imported Organic Chia Seed in bulk for us & the humans as it's way cheaper than purchasin' them locally since we're all consumin' them in good amounts everyday.

You may view us eatin' it here (old vid) and the latest way of how Mom has been feeding it to us for years now is to blend the soaked seeds together with our organic raw veg smoothie for maximum absorption and bioavailability..

added soaked chia seeds in 3:08 below

5.44kg (1.36kg per pack) of Organic Chia Seed received very promptly on 210111

It will only last the entire family abt........... 3 months+? Let's watch & see... [the ans is 6months!]

Mom has been reading a book on Barefoot Runnin' (Born to Run by Christopher McDougall). It's about an ancient running tribe of super athletes... they're able to run for 2 days straight WITHOUT any rest at all. They do 50 to 100miles of run for PURE enjoyment. They're the Tarahumara Tribe.

''A Tarahumara champion once ran 435 miles, the equivalent of setting our for a jog in New York City & not stopping till you were closing in on Detroit. Other Tarahumara runners reportedly went three hundred miles at a pop. That's nearly twelve full marathons, back to back to back, while the run rose and set and rose again.'' from the book, BORN TO RUN by Christopher McDougall

The Tarahumara diet is described in some small detail in the book, with repeated mention of two staples — pinole and chia seeds. The author relates a few stories that ascribe almost magical, endurance-enhancing qualities to these simple foods. ( )

It's for us as well as for our humans while they do their (barefoot or minimalism) marathons.

You may read more about Chia Seeds for dogs here (Taken from the website: For my dog Kuuma, I mix a good amount of chia seeds with raw eggs or raw meat and keep it refrigerated for 48 hours before feeding it to my dog to increase its nutritional content. When Chia seeds, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids are included in your dog's diet, your can expect to see your dog's overall health to improve with the energy of a puppy and its coat to become shiny and healthy. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients, deficient in most dogs' diets. Omega-3 fatty acids are fundamental molecules in the structure and activity of the membranes of all cells throughout your dog's body. They also have highly- specialized functions in neurological tissues, especially the brain and retina and play an important role in cell membranes and the formation of new tissue, therefore important for development and growth. You will love the ease of using Chia seeds and dogs love the nutty taste!)

The web site recommends giving chia seed or chia oil to the family pet for their health as well! For the health of cats and/or small dogs (under 25 pounds), SOAK 1/4 teaspoon a day and mix it with their food. For larger dogs soak 1 teaspoon per day and add to food. For big dogs soak 1 teaspoon twice daily and add to food.

* CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH ... Soaking makes chia seeds easier for the body to digest and release the high levels of good-for-you nutrients. If you are using seeds dry, BE CAREFUL of the quantity you sprinkle on food without soaking. Chia seeds absorb 27 times their volume in water, both outside and inside the body. When using dry chia seeds, it is recommended to use only a teaspoon at a time and make sure you (or your children and/or animals) are well hydrated.'' Credits

Besides soaking them to prevent dehydration in your dog, it's best to soak these seeds for 48 hours for maximum nutrients release. Keep them refrigerated while they're being soaked. The final optional step would be blending them up. Otherwise some dogs might pass the seeds out. A couple teaspoons of raw chia once soaked and expanded will last us two (5kg) dogs for about 5 days or so. There is little to worry about since chia seeds do not turn rancid as easily as flax seeds.

Organic stores have 2 kinds of Chia Seeds, Natural & Organic. As well as White & Black Chia Seeds.

Organic Chia Seeds

this is a mixture of both white & black organic Chia Seeds

Chia Seed Facts
When someone says “Chia”, what’s the first thing that pops into your mind? For millions, the answer is “Chia Pet!” Many probably have the “ch-ch-ch-CHIA” song rolling around in their heads right now. What many don’t know is that Chia has more uses than just “pets that grow”. Chia is incredibly nutritious and truly deserves the “superfood” label.
Chia, or Salvia Hispanica, is known today as the forgotten crop. Domesticated in 2.600 BC, chia is a flowering plant native to southern Mexico and Central America. It was cultivated by the Mayans and Aztecs and one of the main foods of their diet and was even used as trade currency. Aztec warriors and runners are said to have sustained themselves on just a tablespoon of chia seeds a day, providing them with abundant energy and endurance. Because of the plant’s ability to increase stamina and energy over long periods, chia seeds were considered quite magical. Due to its superior nutritional value, chia became a holy seed among these ancient civilizations, used in religious ceremonies and offered to their gods. Related to the mint plant family, there are two varieties, white chia and black chia. Chia oil is a component of many ointments due to its emollient properties. Each seed is potent enough to prevent infections, with 19-23% protein, which is gluten free, 34% oil and 25% fiber. Chia seeds offer an excellent source of B vitamins and they are loaded with important Omega-3, 6 and 9 fatty acids and antioxidants.

Omega Fatty Acids

Chia has 3 times the amount of Omega-3 fatty acids as salmon! Omega-3 is important to balance out Omega-6 fatty acids and promotes healthy: • Cells • Immune system • Skin and coat • Joints • Brain development and maintenance • Eye development and maintenance • Growth And it reduces inflammation too. Two tablespoons of chia seeds provide a 3 to 1 ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6. fatty acids

Increasing dietary fiber can help when bowel movements are a concern. Fiber will alleviate constipation, generate regularity and help in weight loss. Dogs that suffer from impacted anal sacs will also benefit from more fiber. Chia seeds provide 34 grams of fiber per 100 grams of seeds.

Endurance, Weight Loss And Diabetes Support In One Package

Chia can absorb 10 times its own weight in water and generates a gel which can be consumed. The gel slows the conversion of carbohydrates into sugars. Stable blood sugar levels contribute to naturally high levels of energy. By doing so, chia supports normal insulin function and sensitivity, blood sugar regulation and glucose tolerance. The added benefit of slowing down digestion enables full absorption of nutrients while dogs feel satiated longer. Due to the highly absorbent qualities of chia, fresh water should always be available.

And More

Chia contains more calcium than whole milk, more iron than raw spinach and more magnesium than broccoli.   Chia is non-allergenic too and an excellent source of phosphorus, potassium, copper, iron and zinc.

Chia stores very easily for long durations, unlike its competitor flax seed. There is no taste or scent for even the pickiest of dogs to turn their noses up at. The dosage is quite potent, with only 1 teaspoon for small dogs or 2 teaspoons for large, or 1/4 teaspoon for every 10 pounds of your dog’s body weight. Feed in seed form, soaked in water or ground; sprinkle on top or mix into food. Look for milled, organic chia seeds whenever possible.
