Lamb Shanks Day

We finally had our lamb shanks today! Due to our accumulated tartar on the inner surfaces of the teeth whereby Mom has to 'move' our tongues to scale them. Obviously she can't really scale that area for us as our tongues can't really stop movin!

Thus 2 huge lamb shanks were thrown to both of us.

free-range lamb shanks which are more ex (we had these 2day)

normal lamb shanks which's much cheaper

its almost the size of the silly white 1's face! same color as well

see the size difference of the lamb shank in juz 2hrs???

Our teeth's tartar are 80% off! Mom now has 1 less task to do - scale our teeth. & we of cuz got more than wat we deserved! Naturally-scaled teeth + lotsa lotsa jaw exercises for a whoppin 2 long hrs + FOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!! =]

Rock N Roll Elvis

Some updates on Starr

this is Black Jack (Jack Jack), 1 of Starr's MANY biological brothers. a beautiful Full-Brindle

Starr (currently clockin @ around 12+kg @ 5mths 2wks old)

in the daytime, he's in his playpen most of the time. Currently he's havin bout 2-3walks & some free-runs/jogs a day. The furthest he's clocked for his walk would be 6km in a day. Usually its bout 4-5km daily tho'.

It's so unfair, we only get a maximum of 2-3km per day.

But he's still not used to be alone in the playpen. He'll whine like a chicken, esp when I start playin peepin-tom wit him frm outside ;p

Neways, the Star of the day is neither Starr nor ME! Mom went over to see handsome Elvis w/o MEEEE today!!! How could she bear to even do this? I've no idea wat goes on in her evil brain~

Then she showed me these pix of him wen she came home:

Mom says he's awiz so smiley

his mommy tied a mini top-knot for him, which accordin to Mom, his ma called it a coconut head

Mom says, despite his massive drools after walks & plays, his muzzle's still sooo white! Unlike mine!!

Mom keeps sayin awww he's SO CUTE, SO FLUFFY, SO WHITE, SO BLABLA BLA YADA YADA YADA, but I simply can't bring myself to believe it til I see it for myself!!!

MAAD

Here are some pix @ MAAD (Market of Artists And Designers) last weekend. It's held on every 1st weekend of every month inside the Red Dot Museum.

our humble lil' stall

& here's me with Grandpa

Starr Starr lookin real bored

& guess who's here entertainin Starr!

MAAD's Resident Dogs: "White Dog Bobby" (15 yr old Maltese), & Hungry (a 3 yr old Italian Greyhound aka I.G. or Iggy)!

lookin alot like Starr! his owners were really fwenly too & even wanna draw Starr like how she awiz draws Hungry!

inside (Red Dot Museum) was really cold... & dats y Bobby's wearin a 'sweater'

& erm... a pampers as well due to his old age

we posed for 15 mins for a group of illustrators & artists!

organized by O.I.C.

see see.... all the illustrators/artists drawin us

we bought (1), (2) & (3)! it takes more than the average eyes to appreciate such abstract art-pieces done within 15mins. Dad LOVED (4) but unfortunately for some reason Mom didn't rily wannit initially. In the end, an art-exhibitor bought (4) along with (5)! He was really impressed with that particular illustrator & even asked Mom for permission to buy those drawins of Starr (altho he rily didn't have to)!

The theme for this month's O.I.C's is using recycled papers. Thus, u see lotsa cardboards & normal papers up there.

It was fun overall for 2 days. Almost every1 loves dogs there... & since Hungry's so famous, lotsa ppl saw Starr & commented dat dey're cousins cuz dey look so alike even tho' they're of different breeds.

Even our (stall) neighbors loved us & carried us when they were bored. Ahhhhh..... dats wat u call a cool & cold (literally) chill-out museum with some doggie fwens & fans!

Unselfish Love, Faith & Great Strength thru' HIM

A son asked his father, "Dad, will you take part in a marathon with me?"
The father whom, despite having a heart condition, says "Yes".
They went on to complete the marathon together.
Father and son went on to join other marathons,
the father always saying "Yes",
to his son's request of going through the race together.

One day, the son asked his father, "Dad, let's join the Ironman together."
To which, his father said "Yes".

For those who didn't know, Ironman is the toughest triathlon ever. The race encompasses three endurance events of a 2.4 mile (3.86 kilometer) ocean swim, followed by a 112 mile (180.2 kilometer) bike ride, and ending with a 26.2 mile (42.195 kilometer) marathon along the coast of the Big Island.

Father and son went on to complete the race together (as the song goes, he ain't heavy, he's my brother. & in this case, his son) :

Mom saw this from another's blog & thought its a great video & inspiration for all, regardless of religions. I thought so too! Even tho' I'm juz a Bitch (a female canine), I hope all canine/pet owners can love their animals as much as this father did his son, regardless of how mischievious we're when young, or how ill when we're old... Our only wish is for our human(s) to be there with us til the end juz like this father did his son.

Go on & be inspired today!

Nothin is impossible, through true love, faith & strength.

If an earthly father's able to do almost the impossible for his son, what more 'bout a Heavenly Father above.

Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. Now we, who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of those without strength and not just please ourselves.
